Puls gives you a full week to try the app before paying, and a 14-day money-back guarantee after you do. If it does not work for you, we would rather refund you than keep your money.
Every installation starts with a 7-day free trial with every feature unlocked. No card, no account. We strongly encourage you to load your playlist and use the app properly during the trial — that is the surest way to know whether it works with your provider and on your television before any money changes hands.
This is a voluntary guarantee we offer on top of your legal rights, not instead of them. See section 5.
You can go to either party. Paddle is the seller of record, so they can action it directly.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes them within a few business days; how quickly the money appears then depends on your bank or card issuer, and can take up to a further ten days.
When a refund is issued, the paid entitlement on the device is withdrawn and the app returns to its unpaid state. Your playlist, favorites and settings are not deleted — if you buy again later, everything is where you left it.
If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on a distance purchase of digital content. Because Puls unlocks immediately on payment, you may be asked at checkout to agree that supply begins at once and to acknowledge that this can end the statutory withdrawal right.
Our 14-day guarantee in section 2 applies regardless of that acknowledgement, so you are no worse off. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right you have under the law of your country.
Outside the 14 days we do not offer refunds as a matter of course, but we do look at things case by case and in good faith — particularly where a defect in Puls itself stopped you using it, or where a charge was clearly unintended. Write to us and explain what happened.
Two situations we want to be straightforward about:
A yearly plan renews automatically. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If a renewal catches you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it.
If you upgrade from yearly to lifetime, we cancel the yearly renewal for you at the end of the current period, so you will not be charged twice.
Please talk to us or to Paddle before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback is slower for you than a refund, and it results in access being withdrawn automatically. We have never refused a refund inside the guarantee window and do not intend to start.
