These terms are the agreement between you and TODO_LEGAL_ENTITY ("we", "us") for the use of the Puls application and the services that support it (together, "Puls"). By installing or using Puls, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Puls.
Puls is a media player. It reads a playlist that you already own — an M3U file or URL, or an Xtream-compatible account — and presents what that playlist contains as a browsable interface on your television: channel lists, a programme guide, movies, series, favorites and resume positions.
The closest everyday comparison is a web browser or a music player: the software is ours, everything you point it at is not.
By using Puls, you represent and warrant that:
We do not verify, and are not able to verify, the legality of any source. That assessment is yours alone, and you accept sole responsibility and liability for it. If we are told on credible grounds that a particular use of Puls is unlawful, we may suspend or terminate access as described in section 9.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Puls on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial viewing, for as long as your access is valid under section 5.

We keep all rights in Puls that these terms do not expressly grant you. Nothing here transfers ownership of any intellectual property.
Every new installation begins with a 7-day free trial with full functionality. The trial requires no payment card and no account. When it ends, playback stops until you purchase a plan; nothing is charged automatically and no card details are collected during the trial. The trial is granted per device and is not intended to be repeated by reinstalling.
Puls is offered on two plans:

Access is tied to the device, not to a username and password — Puls deliberately has no accounts. A purchase unlocks the device whose identifier was passed to the checkout. Keep your receipt from Paddle: it is what lets us restore access if the device is reset or replaced.
A yearly plan renews automatically. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you upgrade from yearly to lifetime, we cancel the yearly renewal for you at the end of the current period so that you are not billed twice.
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on both plans, in addition to any statutory right you have. The details and how to claim are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You agree not to use Puls to:
We work to keep Puls available and correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages and changes happen.
Crucially, the quality, availability, legality and continuity of what you watch depend entirely on your own provider, not on us. Streams that buffer, channels that disappear, guide data that is wrong or missing, and accounts that stop working are matters between you and whoever supplies your playlist. We cannot fix them and they are not grounds for a claim against us, though they may be grounds for a refund under section 6 if you are within the refund window.
Puls is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms — in particular sections 2, 3 or 7 — or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to put things right first.
You may stop using Puls at any time by uninstalling it. You can ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Notice.
Puls will change over time; features may be added, altered or withdrawn. We may update these terms — for example to reflect a change in the service or in the law. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always shows the current version. If a change is material and disadvantages you, we will give reasonable notice, and continuing to use Puls after it takes effect means you accept it.
If we ever have to discontinue Puls entirely, we will give as much notice as we reasonably can. A lifetime plan covers the operational lifetime of the service and does not oblige us to run it indefinitely; if we shut down within a reasonable period after your lifetime purchase, we will consider a proportionate refund in good faith.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under any non-excludable consumer right you have.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us for Puls in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for the content you choose to play, or for any consequence of your accessing a source you were not entitled to access.
These terms are governed by the laws of TODO_LEGAL_COUNTRY. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest continue in force.
